Meet the Team
We believe in a holistic approach that supports people to improve their emotional, physical and mental wellbeing through the therapeutic nature of working outdoors, and with the support from our diverse professional team.
Lucy has worked with people with Learning Disabilities for 25 years. The last 15 have been as a social worker in a multidisciplinary community team. Lucy’s main role will be to assess and monitor student’s skills and development, create person centred support plans and work passports. She will also job coach, supporting both employees and employers to ensure a successful transition into employment.
Tracey has a background in education and marketing and has run her own business for the last 19 years. Tracey will have overall responsibility for running the farm. She will also work with potential employers to understand the benefits of employing someone with a LD and exploring employment opportunities through business networking.
Dominic will oversee the practical aspects of the W2W programme and ensure that the students gain the most from the learning opportunities at the farm. Dominic is an outdoor instructor with a wealth of experience in developing learning programmes and working with people with a variety of support needs.
Tom is our Director of Digital Development. His background is in technology, helping to improve the communication and online accessibility of our W2W programme. Tom drives the scaling, automation and streamlining of W2W to more effectively support both staff and students.
